About

With 35 years in strategic, corporate roles focused on capability building, learning and development, and customer experience and success, Andrea is a customer success/retention strategist and a sought-after keynote speaker, facilitator, consultant, trainer, and coach. She has been designing and delivering learning and growth experiences in person since 1997 and online since 2009.

Andrea has a Master’s in Technical Communication with a specialization in online information design, and she is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, an ICF Associate Certified Coach, a Thrive Global Executive Coach, and a Tiny Habits Certified Coach, as well as an author of numerous articles and two award-winning books.

As curriculum designer, Program Chair, and instructor for the UCSC Extension in Silicon Valley program in technical communication, Andrea supports professionals responsible for product experiences to achieve measurable business results in their organizations through her highly rated strategy, experience design and architecture, human factors, and usability courses.
