If you don’t already know how to design questions that bring out the best in the groups you lead, it’s because question design is not something we learned from our parents or our schools. The reality is that most people don’t know how to use questions as the 1st step to unlocking intelligence. The questions you will be designing with XCHANGE will have you unlocking your individual and groups collective intelligence.

Craft The Conversational Choreography

In this training you will discover the 3 steps to designing and facilitating a successful conversation.  Keep in mind that collectively we take our conversations for granted and don’t put too much thought into them leaving massive opportunities for efficiency in our conversations on the table.  When you learn how to craft the conversational choreography you turn a normal conversation into a transformational one.   Question design and the crafting of conversational choreographies are key to unlocking collective intelligence.
