With a two decades-long track record Alenka directly engages with key decision makers and organizational leaders on the challenges and opportunities being faced and applies various concepts to develop a continuously evolving systemic approach for prominent regional and national organizations and entrepreneurs. Her multi-disciplinary approach is a unique blend of coaching experience, insights, and process facilitation techniques that have helped more than 140 clients advance their competencies.

As an HR partner, Alenka took a central role in two consequent projects during 2018-2021 – “The competence Centres of Smart Cities”, funded by the European Union and steered in partnership with the Slovenian Ministry of Labour. She is a co-founder of Slovenia-based system change consulting company Colabrie.

Alenka is a passionate people-first centred advocate. Thus, she participates in numerous initiatives from local community building programmes to a position as a host-speaker with roles in national conventions and events.
