Highly motivated professional with eagerness to learn further and over 20 years of combined experiences in project management, leadership, research and marketing in medium sized solution/service-oriented companies (research spin-offs). Strong background in IT technologies and operations management combined with broad business perspective (General Management Program). PhD in Electrical Engineering. Experiences in lecturing, mentoring and coaching graduate students and professionals. iPEC Certified Professional Coach and XCHANGE Trained Facilitator. Before devoting myself to full-time coaching, I received PhD in Electrical Engineering from University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. Working at The Jožef Stefan Institute, the leading Slovenian scientific research institute, I collaborated with researchers all over Europe as well as global partners (GE, Siemens, and manufacturing partners) to develop cutting-edge technological solutions and products for industry. I was lecturing and mentoring students as well as industry professionals at University of Ljubljana. Moving to Colorado, I was teaching assistant at Leeds School of Business, University of Colorado.
