Sky’s consulting work focuses on learning design, research, and addressing client pain points in the DEI field. With 25+ years of experience in trauma-informed and inclusive education, she fosters authentic connections and psychologically safe spaces.
Having lived across the globe, Sky has collaborated with communities in 50+ countries, advocating for decolonized education systems. Her diverse experiences enable her to appreciate different perspectives, harness the strengths of diversity, and recognize biases rooted in social structures.
Sky holds an MA in Teaching and a PhD in Critical Discourse Analysis from the University of Liverpool.
